- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst bank I have ever used. There are very few nice people who are always ready to help, but the rude and snobby ones just always pull things down. I received the worst customer service over the phone from Patty at georgetown today, and she did a great job messing up the rest of my day.
